Pet Policy

We love pets and we promise to spoil them, too! The Rey is a pawsitively, pet-friendly apartment community. We allow up to 3 pets per home and no weight restrictions! How pawsome is that? We charge a refundable $250 deposit per pet, and a one-time non-refundable $250 fee per pet. Pet rent is $35/month per pet. Please see breed restrictions below.
