- Pet Rent: $35/month per pet
- Maximum Pets Allowed: Up to 3 per home
- No Weight Restrictions: All sizes welcome!
- Pet Deposit: $250 per pet (refundable with lease agreement fulfilled conditions)
- Pet Fee: $250 per pet (non-refundable)
Some Breed Restrictions Apply. These include (but aren't limited to): Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, all wolf breeds, and any mixes of these. Final determination of breed eligibility is at management’s discretion.
